D8 is a fairly large hunebed in heavy bush between Annen and Schipborg. There are numerous grafheuvels (burial mounds) in the immediate area, as well as remains of settlements. The site traces back to the paleolithic era (11000 BCE), and is along an ancient system of trackways.
